Psalms Education is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality education rooted in Christian values. Through mission projects, resource-sharing, and its after school program for grades K-8, Psalms Christian Academy. The organization equips underserved communities with both practical tools and faith-based principles.

Like many nonprofits, Psalms Education faced significant IT challenges. Without an in-house team, staff were stretched thin balancing technical issues with daily operations. Onboarding for new hires and volunteers was manual and confusing, while disorganized data storage made reporting and decision-making difficult. Donor outreach campaigns lacked consistency, and internal support requests often went unresolved—leading to frustration and wasted time. • Enhance outreach campaigns to engage prospective donors, schools, and families connected to Psalms Christian Academy community 

Step 3 — Workflow Enhancements:

To reduce the burden on staff and improve engagement, we introduced process improvements such as:

• Automating repetitive administrative tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, staff/volunteer communication and support ticketing.

• Building consistent communication touch points with donors and partners.

• Enhancing data collection and reporting for improved decision-making and mission impact tracking.

Step 4 — Implementation & Training:

We worked closely with Psalms Education’s Operations Manager to implement these workflows while providing hands-on training with her direct reports. This ensured adoption and confidence, even without an internal IT professional to oversee day-to-day technical needs.
